SUMMARY
Receive and direct incoming calls. Greets visitors and customers. Provide limited clerical support for
Executives and Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Create daily Out of Office report.
Operate telephone console to receive and direct incoming calls.
Operate security gate access system for visitors, vendors, and customers.
Page employees and make announcements as needed.
Conduct new employee phone orientation.
Maintain directories.
Maintain visitor automated check in procedure.
Distribute messages and faxes daily.
Maintain lobby area.
Maintain Copy Room supplies and equipment.
Assist Human Resources, Executives, and other departments with limited clerical duties, as needed.
Assist with booking conference rooms and ordering food.
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work
environment.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization
(AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES
Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate.
Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or minimum One year experience with clerical
duties or combination of education and experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office 365
