SUMMARY:
General assembly of Celtech products including fuel & oil preservation systems, control cabs,
CASP systems, and various other turbo prop and jet engine test stand equipment by interpreting
drawings and customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work
environment.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Celtech Inc. International Standards Organization
(ISO9000) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
Adhere to Celtech policies and procedures.
Work with others to assemble various assemblies by interpreting drawings, work instructions,
specifications.
Work with Production Expeditor to inventory incoming kits to the shop floor to ensure all parts are
accounted for.
Sandblast, strip, prep pieces for paint as needed.
Clean and maintain your work area and tools.
Keep track of what job/s you’re clocked into and out of each day.
Travel for field service work assistance when needed may be offered.
May be offered the option to train in introduction to laser operation.
Basic Laser Operation Responsibilities:
General knowledge in laser start-up and shutdown procedures
Basic knowledge in Cypcut software for large fiber laser cutter
Basic knowledge in Lightburn software for smaller CO2 laser cutter/engraver
Knowledge of nozzle selection based on material type and thickness.
Knowledge of assistant gas selection based on material type.
Knowledge of where to focus laser beam based on gas selection, material type, and material thickness.
Ability to adjust gas pressure, nozzle, selection, and feed rate to ensure edges are smooth and require
minimal de-burring.
General knowledge in layout work to ensure holes in boxes are located accurately.
General knowledge in measuring techniques to ensure parts have been cut according to engineering
drawings.
Effective de-burring after parts have been cut.
Basic knowledge in One CNC software to draw parts according to engineering drawings.
General knowledge in using Time Saver panel sander to apply grain patterns to aluminum panels.
Maintenance of fiber laser and CO2 laser
Ability to safely use jib crane to load raw materials on and off laser cut bed.
Maintain clean shop and safe working area.
Ability to troubleshoot settings (feed rate, gas pressure, etc.) if material is not cutting correctly.
Import drawings in .DXF format into Cypcut for parts to be cut.
Knowledge of various power settings and feed rates for CO2 laser to cut/engrave different materials.
Knowledge of safe vs. unsafe materials to cut with a laser.
Follow Safety Policies and Procedures.
Operating a forklift or man lift- training is required and will be provided.
Working with hazardous chemicals- training is required and will be provided.
Stop Work Authority when identifying potential unsafe work conditions.
Maintain and ensure Celtech equipment is in good working order and adheres to safety requirements.

Be familiar with and understand Celtech Inc.’s Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required ISO9000 specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Celtech Inc.’s Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate.
Participate in ISO9000 training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or minimum 1 year experience with industrial
shop work; or combination of education and experience.

Work Environment Conditions can be hot, cold, general industrial shop environment, working outside in all
types of weather.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud.
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
