SUMMARY
Coordinate and participate all activities regarding maintaining and repairing physical structures of
buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor on all maintenance related tasks for Corporate
and subsidiary offices.
Delegate and perform painting, repairs to masonry, woodwork, plumbing, electrical and furnishings.
Delegate and perform ground maintenance activities to include mowing lawns, trimming trees/hedges,
removing weeds, raking, and disposing of leaves and refuse.
Maintain plumbing, irrigation, electrical and HVAC systems.
Create budgets and estimate job hour requirements for facility improvements
Responsible for the requisition of tools, equipment, and supplies to maintain building.
Responsible for maintaining all lighting fixtures, replace bulbs and make repairs as needed.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
Responsible for setting up and organizing regular schedules for changing A/C filters.
Responsible for setting up and organizing painting schedules as required.
Move, store and/or dispose of furniture as required.
Maintain and ensure lawn and maintenance buildings are kept neat and organized.
Maintain and insure Atec equipment is in good working order and adheres to safety requirements.
Delegate and assist with building crates for shipping when required.
Delegate and assist with the assembly and/or moving of contract jobs as required.
Patrol grounds and interior of building daily and report any repairs required, safety problems to address,
and overall appearance.
Interpret Atec policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
Follow Safety Policies and Procedures.
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work
environment.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization
(AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES
Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate.
Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma, or General Education Degree (GED), ten (10) years’ experience in the building
trades or repair, or combination.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Texas Driver’s license required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle equipment, reach with hands and
arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally to high, precarious places
and outside weather conditions.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow written and oral instructions and to
accept constructive criticism.
May be assigned to support specific programs on a full-term or part time basis.
Noise volume varies depending on where employee is performing the job.
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
